FACTS OF CASE

At issue in this case is the construction of a private insurance policy designated "Workmen's Compensation and Employers' Liability Policy — Voluntary Compensation Endorsement."

Patricia Forsman and her husband commenced this action against Aetna Casualty and Surety Company. It was their claim that Aetna, in having them sign a final receipt and release after receiving some $22,338.99 in benefits under its policy...
