NEWMAN, Chief Judge:

Appellant, convicted of one count of carrying a pistol without a license, seeks reversal on the grounds that the government suppressed exculpatory material and that the trial court erred in refusing to admit certain hearsay statements into evidence. He also challenges the sentence imposed by the trial court, arguing that it was improper to use the same prior felony conviction to enhance his sentence under two separate statutes.
