Oil Company, International Petroleum Trading Company, SDAD, LTOA, (hereinafter collectively referred to as IPTCO) and their insurer, American Home Insurance Company, from a summary judgment in favor of Coastal Fuels, Inc. (Coastal), dismissing the third-party demand of appellants against Coastal.
