Larry Kocher, Jr., was convicted of kidnapping in violation of Ind. Code § 35-1-55-1, repealed effective October 1, 1977, robbery, and rape following a trial by jury and was sentenced to terms of life imprisonment, twenty years, and ten to twenty years respectively for such offenses.
