This is an appeal by Oriska School District # 13 from an order of the Barnes County District Court of July 26, 1978, granting Donald Storbeck ["Storbeck"], its former superintendent of schools, a preliminary injunction to prevent the School Board of Oriska School District # 13 ["Board"] from hiring a new superintendent. The district court granted the preliminary injunction on the ground that Storbeck had not been given proper notice by the Board...
