Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Peoria County, defendant was convicted of burglary and sentenced to seven years in prison.

The evidence presented at trial was sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that on September 27, 1977, defendant entered the Sigma Nu fraternity house in Peoria with the intent to commit a theft therein. On March 15, 1978, a sentencing...
