Plaintiffs, Craig Atkins and his wife Deborah, appeal from a circuit court judgment affirming an order issued by an administrative law judge upholding the decision of the defendant, Michigan Department of Social Services, which denied renewal of plaintiffs' license to operate a family day care home.
