Plaintiff, Joy D. McCroskey, appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Gene Deming Motor Sales, Inc., in this wrongful death action. Plaintiff's decedent died on October 14, 1974, in an automobile collision when defendant driver, Kevin M. Gallentine, lost control of his car on wet pavement, crossed the center line, and entered the path of the oncoming McCroskey vehicle.
