OPINION

HATHAWAY, Judge.

Appellant was convicted for possession for sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine, imposition of sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for five years on certain terms and conditions. His sole contention on appeal is that the court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his person. In the absence of a clear abuse of discretion, we will not interfere with a trial judge's denial of a motion to suppress...
