This is a controversy over the construction of a will. The facts in the case are not disputed and are as follows: On October 14, 1966, Walter L. Laue and Marie A. Persinger were married. It was the second marriage for both. Walter had five children by his prior marriage. They petitioned for a construction of their father's will. Marie also had five children by her previous marriage. They are not parties...
