Plaintiffs, Richard K. Jonson and Patrick D. Dopita, appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific Railroad Company. Plaintiffs note 35 assignments of error, which they synthesize into 12 issues.
