These appeals arise out of claims for unemployment compensation filed by approximately 985 employees of Townsend and Bottum, Inc., as a result of their unemployment during the period of June 1, 1976 to June 22, 1976. The claims were denied by the Bureau of Employment Security (Bureau). On appeal by the claimants from the Bureau's determination, a referee affirmed the decision of the Bureau and, on further appeal by the claimants...
