The jury in this case began deliberations at approximately 5:25 p. m. and returned to the courtroom at 6:35 p. m. when they were sent for dinner. At 8:30 p. m. the jury returned to deliberate, and at 9:50 p. m. the sheriff brought them back into the courtroom.
