The State appeals from an order of the trial court which dismissed a renewed criminal complaint for reckless driving (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-503), brought against the defendant after an original criminal complaint for the same offense was nol-prossed by the State.
