Defendants/cross-claimants, Lehman-Eastern Auto Rentals and its primary and excess liability insurers, Pan American Insurance Company and Universal Underwriters Insurance Company, appeal summary final judgments which held them liable for the full amount of a $450,000 settlement and assessing against them the costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the insurers of the other defendants in this negligence action arising out of an automobile accident...
