Defendant, Michael A. Dunn, appeals his conviction by a Cowlitz County jury of burglary in the second degree. The sole issue is whether the trial court erred in refusing to suppress evidence obtained by the police as the result of a warrantless search of defendant's person near the scene of the burglary. We affirm.
