This is an appeal from the action of the defendant zoning commission of the town of Old Saybrook which, as part of a comprehensive revision of the zoning regulations and maps of the town, changed the zone classifications of the property of the plaintiffs, Robert E. Thorne and Louis Pepe, from a "Local Business Zone" to an "A Residence Zone."
