Russo, "RUSSO" or "THE BANKRUPT," and his wife, "TINA," to set aside, as fraudulent, the conveyance by the bankrupt to his wife of his interest in their home at 82 Romer Road, Staten Island, New York which had been owned by them as tenants by the entirety.
