Zebbie Clifton, appellant, was tried and convicted by a jury in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia of murder of the first degree, aggravated robbery, conspiracy and weapons offenses. Judgment of sentence of life imprisonment was imposed on the murder conviction,1 and this appeal followed.
