The defendant, Vito Brancato, moves to suppress tangible property seized pursuant to a search warrant issued by one of the Justices of this court. The issue presented, to wit, execution of the warrant by an agent of the Waterfront Commission, appears to be one of first impression. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied.
