Appellees (plaintiffs below) brought an action in the Superior Court of Henry County for the purpose of quieting title to a tract of land. Appellant and others were named as defendants, but appellant is the only party who contested the proceedings. A special master was appointed by the court in keeping with Code Ann. § 37-1413.
