Following a non-jury trial on December 10, 1976, appellant was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance,1 to-wit, heroin, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.2 Post-trial motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied, and appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of from three to ten years on the charge of possession with intent to deliver...
