This is a petition for reinstatement as a member of the bar of this state.

Leroy R. Johnson was admitted to the bar in 1959. In 1974, he was indicted for two counts of income tax evasion and one count for submitting a false affidavit to the Internal Revenue Service in connection with his individual tax liability.
