Elias Leroy Archuleta was charged by indictment with armed robbery for an offense which occurred on October 7, 1978, a violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1901, -1902, -1904, -701, -702, -801, -301, -302, -303, -304, -604(G) and -604(K). The indictment alleged that the offense was a "class 2" felony and that it was a "dangerous nature" felony.
