MELVIN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The primary issue in this case is whether an action pursuant to Maryland Code (1957, 1979 Repl. Vol.) Art. 89C, §§ 1, et seq. (Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act) (URESA) is the exclusive means in this State of enforcing an alimony decree of another state. We hold that it is not.
