In a two-count information, the defendant was charged with committing the crimes of larceny in the first degree in violation of § 53a-122 (a) (2) of the General Statutes, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the first degree in violation of §§ 53a-48 and 53a-122 (a) (2) of the General Statutes. On a trial to a jury he was convicted of both offenses. The defendant has appealed from the judgment rendered, and has briefed the following claims...
