PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with malicious destruction of property over $100, MCL 750.377a; MSA 28.609(1). At his arraignment, defendant tendered a plea of guilty, but requested that he be afforded youthful trainee status under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, MCL 762.11 et seq.; MSA 28.853(11) et seq. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the prosecutor did not oppose defendant's request.

The trial court accepted defendant's plea of guilty pending...
