Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from a November 29, 1977, circuit court order vacating defendant's district court conviction for violating a City of South Lyon ordinance. The basis for this order was that the ordinance, which adopted the traffic ordinance under which he was convicted, was void for lack of publication.
