We granted certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals in McKemie v. Great American Ins. Co., 149 Ga.App. 19 (253 S.E.2d 399) (1979). We find that the Court of Appeals erred in reversing the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Great American.
