This is an action for dissolution of marriage. The court found that the marriage was irretrievably broken, approved the parties' written property settlement agreement and dissolved the marriage. Petitioner wife appeals, contending the court erred in not granting her motion, filed prior to entry of the decree, to declare the agreement null and void and in not finding the agreement to be unconscionable.
