Defendant appeals from his conviction of aggravated assault (K.S.A. 21-3410), a felony.

Defendant had been employed by the Kansas Department of Human Resources. He was terminated effective August 31, 1977. On September 19, 1977, he visited his former supervisor, Gabriel Faimon.
