The defendant has appealed, after trial by a jury, from his conviction of the crime of attempted burglary in the first degree in violation of §§ 53a-101 (a) (1)1 and 53a49 (a)2 of the General Statutes, claiming error in the trial court's refusal to grant his motion to set aside the verdict because of the insufficiency of the evidence.
