Robert L. Norris was convicted by a jury of making and endorsing (K.S.A. 21-3710[1][a]) and of issuing a forged check (K.S.A. 21-3710[1][b]). He attacks the constitutionality of this statute and alleges several trial errors.

Four blank check forms were stolen from a business owned and operated by Mrs. Haggard, and on December 2, 1978, a check purporting to be drawn by Mrs. Haggard...
