The appeal herein is from a judgment entered upon the motion of defendant Doehler-Jarvis Division, National Lead Industries, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Doehler-Jarvis), for summary judgment whereby the plaintiff's complaint against Doehler-Jarvis was dismissed with prejudice at the plaintiff's costs. The complaint remains pending against defendant Ridge Machine Co., and the appeal herein is taken in compliance with Civ. R. 54(B).
