Clayton Sass appeals his conviction of welfare fraud under the provisions of RCW 74.08.331 for obtaining personal property (food stamps) while at the same time receiving an award from the Department of Labor and Industries for a permanent partial disability under the workmen's compensation act, which he did not report as income to the Department of Social and Health Services as required.
