This action arises because of a fire on December 16, 1970, which destroyed a potato warehouse owned by the plaintiff-respondent Frontier Packers, Inc., and located in West Almond, Portage county. A truck owned by Ruan Leasing Company and insured by Carrier's Insurance Company was backed up to the loading dock of the warehouse.
