This is an appeal by petitioner (employer) in which the Bureau of Employment Security (Bureau) and the referee refused benefits to the claimant on the ground he voluntarily left work under Section 402(b) (1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 On appeal, the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) found the claimant was discharged by his employer and awarded benefits....
