The petitioner, Harold L. Lewis, appeals from an order of the Milwaukee county circuit court, which denied a petition for a writ of certiorari to review a decision by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services to revoke the petitioner's parole. We reverse, remand to the circuit court with directions contained herein.
