Writ of certiorari was granted in this case for review of the district court's action in ordering an allowance of compensation for an attorney appointed to represent indigent criminal defendants. The fee was allowed upon presentation of the attorney's claim; no prior notice or opportunity to be heard on the matter was given the certiorari plaintiffs.
