REYNOLDSON, Chief Justice.

Defendant Charles L. Johnson, upon certification of trial court, appeals from a $1554.34 judgment entered against him in favor of plaintiff United Security Insurance Co. in a subrogation action arising out of an automobile collision. We reverse and remand with directions to dismiss the action.
