This is an appeal from the order of the district court adjudicating appellant as the father of respondent's son born in 1961. The defense is that of laches. We affirm.

The evidence at trial abundantly supports the finding of paternity. Although respondent did not press her claim when she found she was pregnant, it was for the reason that she was bitter and ashamed, yet did not want to pressure appellant...
