After a jury trial, appellant was convicted of receiving stolen property and sentenced to 1½ to 5 years imprisonment. On this direct appeal, appellant contends inter alia1 that the lower court erred in: (1) not sustaining his demurrer,2 and (2) improperly allowing evidence of prior crimes to impeach him and one of his witnesses...
