This is an appeal from an order that certain hospital bearer bonds (hereinafter hospital bonds) in the possession of the appellant, Helen Giese, were not a gift from the decedent, Alphonse Reist, her father, and ordering these hospital bonds distributed according to the law of intestate succession. Judgment was entered in the probate branch of the Marathon County Court in favor of the respondent, Jacob Reist, the decedent's son and co-personal representative...
