Plaintiffs, Wayne M. and Nancy K. Shipman, appeal the judgment denying their prayer for injunctive relief against defendants, the Lorain County Board of Health and the city of Oberlin, and granting the prayer for injunctive relief of the Lorain County Board of Health. We affirm.
