This is an appeal of a conviction of burglary (section 19-1 of the Criminal Code of 1961, Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 19-1) by the Circuit Court of Kendall County of the defendant Ernest Nelson following a jury trial. A sentence of 3 to 10 years imprisonment with 3 years parole was imposed. On appeal the defendant's sole contention is that he was denied his constitutional right...
