Ralph Walden, claimant, sought a workmen's compensation award for injuries he allegedly received as the result of a fall down steps outside a hotel in Cleveland, Ohio, on March 31, 1976. An Industrial Commission arbitrator denied claimant any compensation, finding that claimant had failed to prove that he sustained accidental injuries arising out of and in the course of his employment...
