SOULE, J.

Defendant was convicted in Kitsap County District Court of carrying a loaded pistol in his automobile. Upon appeal to the superior court, his conviction was affirmed. He now appeals to this court primarily upon the basis that the statute under which he was convicted, RCW 9.41.050, is unconstitutionally vague.
