On July 3, 1974, the plaintiffs-appellants, Patrick and Shirley Joynt, filed an eight-count complaint alleging malpractice against six doctors and two hospitals. Prior to trial, motions for summary judgment were granted as to two of the defendants, Drs. William E. Frederick and Noel Strasser. This summary judgment is not being appealed...
