This is a proceeding in rem against all the world to establish title, brought pursuant to the provisions of Code Ann. §§ 37-1411 through 37-1423 (Ga. L. 1966, pp. 443-447).

Joseph G. Camp, Sr., died in 1965, leaving (by Item 5 of his will) his home in Dillard, Georgia, to his son, Joseph G. Camp, Jr., and his son-in-law, Claude (spelled "Claud" in the will) V. Capers, to be held by them for 25 years "for the use of their families...
