We have before us for decision the question of whether the Act of July 27, 1967, P.L. 186, 11 P.S. § 2003, imposes liability on each parent in the sum of $300 or a total amount of $300 for both parents and whether the parents of defendant minor are liable to the parents of an injured minor plaintiff as well as to the injured minor plaintiff himself.
